All prices have a delivery charge added at the checkout - all flowers are delivered by hand locally

4. Delivery Policy

1. Timed deliveries are not available.

3. La Fête Fleurie only delivers within the United Kingdom

4. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.

5. Our Promise, Returns and Refunds

1. We aim to delight our customers by delivering fresh flowers and food, in great condition, on time.

2. Freshness
Our flowers are occasionally sent out in bud form meaning they will last longer with the recipient. If you receive flowers or food that does not seem fresh, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.

3. Damage
While our products are packed carefully to ensure they arrive as fresh and beautiful as when they left us, on a small number of occasions (and for reasons beyond our control) they may get damaged in transit. If we fail to deliver your order (i.e. if your products have not arrived within 3 days of their intended delivery date) we will send you a free replacement or a refund. If we offer you a refund, we will refund you the full amount within 3 days. Please note that banks might take an additional 3-5 days to refund the amount on your card.

5. Returns
Please understand that due to the perishable nature of some of our products, we are unable to accept returns. We offer customers refunds or replacements if the products are not delivered to an acceptable quality, as detailed above.

6. Flower availability and substitution
All floral products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our growers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high-quality standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.

6. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

1. Adverse weather conditions
During adverse weather conditions (including but not limited to heavy snow, ice, flooding or high winds), our delivery and our delivery partners may not be able to deliver orders on time. Therefore, in the event of adverse weather conditions, we aren't able to refund or offer re-delivery of affected orders.

About cookies

Cookies are small packets of information stored by a web browser on your computer.

There are two main types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies.

Session cookies are removed from your computer when you close your browser and are mainly used, for example, to store information about the items in your shopping basket.

Conversely, persistent cookies remain stored on your computer until they are deleted or when they reach their expiry date. This type of cookie is often used to anonymously track your activity on a website so the website owner can analyse the data to see if there are ways they can improve their website.

There are many reasons why a website may use cookies, however, the important thing to know about them is they are harmless.

Cookies used by La Fête Fleurie

La Fête Fleurie does not use cookies directly and for any information on how they are used in our database we would be referring to our website provider to gather this information. Our website is managed and hosted by Wix.
